The Department of the Treasury, in cooperation with the Department of War and the Department of Security has devised a program that promises to provide vital resources for America, while simultaneously reducing taxes drastically on Americans. The new program is The Freedom Market, an ingenious new open market that takes advantage of a simple but monumental truth: All men wish to be Free.

The desire to be free is one that America encourages and supports. The Freedom Market will make available to oppressed peoples the resources to free themselves from tyranny. Guns, tanks, planes, armor, missles, and other weapons will be sold to trustworthy nations who promise to become partners with America in the Battle for Freedom. We need not fear these nations turning on us, and using our own weapons against us, because of a key principal that was discovered by prize winning scientists.

American weaponry will always be superior to the weapons we sell, to ensure our success when the need comes to redirect a misguided nation.
